Nicki Minaj celebrated Donald Trump's 80th birthday with a series of AI-generated images, including one featuring Elon Musk and Sydney Sweeney.
The post, which has drawn almost 20 million views since it was shared on the president’s birthday (June 14), features a four-image carousel with the caption: "Happy 80th birthday Mr. President [party popper and pink bow emojis]"
In the first image, the Pink Friday 2 rapper is styled as Marilyn Monroe with platinum blonde hair and a white dress while holding on to Trump's arm at what appears to be a ballroom setting. Trump is depicted wearing a navy blue suit and red tie. The second image shows the pair in matching black hoodies with the caption: "Real recognize real."
The third image depicts Minaj and Trump holding hands in animated form. The pic is based on a real-life moment from earlier this year when the pair appeared together in Washington DC at the Trump Accounts Summit.
The fourth image, which has probably been the most widely-discussed, places Nicki Minaj and Donald Trump alongside Elon Musk and Sydney Sweeney inside a luxury car. The AI pic depicts Minaj and Trump in the front while Musk and Sweeney sit in the back. Trump is shown wearing a pink floral-denim outfit and making an "OK" hand gesture, while all four wear chunky diamond chains.
Sweeney's inclusion alludes to ongoing public discussion about her political affiliation, including reports that she is registered as a Republican. Trump praised the Euphoria actor and her controversial American Eagle ad campaign after learning of that detail.
The birthday post continued Minaj's visible support for Trump. In February, she also shared an Al-generated image of herself and the Head of State in a convertible for President's Day.
Trump spent his 80th birthday hosting UFC Freedom 250 on the White House South Lawn. According to ESPN, the event reportedly cost UFC more than $60 million to stage.
