In his conduct while President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of President and preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, did unlawfully and corruptly attempt to obstruct the disclosure, investigation, or public release of information relating to Jeffrey Epstein, associated individuals, and possible criminal conduct involving sexual exploitation, trafficking, abuse of minors, or related offenses.

Donald J. Trump, contrary to his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed and to protect the safety and constitutional rights of citizens, allegedly engaged in conduct encouraging or recklessly disregarding foreseeable threats of violence against a political dissenter.

Donald J. Trump allegedly used the authority, influence, and political machinery of the presidency to retaliate against or intimidate individuals possessing information potentially damaging to himself or his associates.
