Elon Musk takes shock swipe at Donald Trump over Greenland as feud is revived – Daily Express

Elon Musk appeared to take a massive swipe at Donald Trump over his foreign policy in Greenland and Venezuela on Thursday. Musk made a surprsie appearance at World Economic Forum in Davos after publicly criticising the annual gathering of political and business elites for years.
The Tesla owner was speaking with Laurence Fink, BlackRock’s CEO and interim co-chair of the forum. Speaking at the summit, Mr Musk took a dig at the US President and said: “I heard about the peace summit. I was like, is that “P-I-E-C-E?” You know, a little piece of Greenland, a little piece of Venezuela.”

One of the users wrote on X: “Elon trolling the globalists on their own stage never gets old. Peace through strength beats “summits” that turn into photo ops and blank checks. America First means leverage, not apologies.”
Another user commented: “You can have all sorts of opinions about Elon Musk, but he doesn’t buy into the globalists’ flowery rhetoric.”
A third user said: “Elon understands the stakes. He’s definitely Team America and I love his sense of humour.”Mr Musk told the audience that AI and robotics would trigger an unprecedented economic explosion. He said: “We will actually make so many robots and AI that they will actually saturate human needs. My prediction is that there will be more robots than people.”
He said Tesla’s Optimus humanoid robots would perform simple tasks in factories by the end of this year and more complex industrial work within 12 months.
He asked: “Who wouldn’t want a robot to, assuming it’s very safe, watch over your kids, take care of your pets?”
He also repeated his claim about extraterrestrial life. “I’m often asked: ‘Are there aliens among us?’ And I say, I am one, but they don’t believe me. If anyone would know if there were aliens among us, it would be me.”
